Sick!

Yeah, I've been gone for quite a while actually. Sorry about that ya'll, but I've had pneumonia and I'm still not completely well. So responses to your comments and deviations will most likely be a little bit slow since I haven't really felt like getting online much in the past week. But! I am getting better. I'll be going to the doctor later today and hopefully he will clear me to go back to work, even if I do still have this icky cough. At least I can breathe now. More or less.

So yeah. I spent a few hours in the emergency room last Friday night with a 103 degree temperature. I've got some lovely bruises on my left arm to show for all the needle-poking and IVs and the cough medicine I have to take is roughly 300 proof, but it's all good.

And! My dragon is on its way! It was mailed a few days ago. I'm so incredibly excited.

All that aside, my art is coming along very slowly. I haven't done anything at all since I got sick and I'm worried that my entry for :devsilverglass-19:'s contest won't be finished on time. But I'm still going to finish the piece becuase it is turning out pretty interesting. And I have plans to attempt painting animals other than horses, starting with a dolphin, since I love them so much. But that will probably be after I finish the contest prizes that I owe everyone.

And that about sums it up. I'm off to the doctor now. Woo.
